BRTIRPZ2080A is a four axis column palletizing robot developed by BORUNTE ROBOT CO.,LTD. for certain monotonous, frequent, and repetitive long-term operations, or operations in dangerous and harsh environments. It has a 2000mm arm span, a maximum load of 80kg, a standard cycle time of 5.2 seconds (80kg load, stroke of 400-2000-400mm), and a palletizing speed of 300-500 times/hour. The flexibility of multiple degrees of freedom can handle scenarios such as loading and unloading, handling, unpacking, and palletizing with ease. The protection grade reaches IP40. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.15mm.
